How it works

Select a property to invest in
Our team actively searches for investment-grade real estate properties, evaluating opportunities and costs such as administrative taxes and the cost of renovation. Once we find a property that’s worth investing in, we list it on our website and set the funding criteria. All additional construction works that would increase the value of the property, are handled by us.
Funding stage
Once listed, we open a round of financing for acquiring the capital needed to purchase the property. Every listing comes with a target funding amount, closing date, an evaluation of the expected return and total profit, administrative documents, and photos, so investors can better decide if it’s worth their money. Briefheart contributes a percentage of every investment opportunity, sharing the risks with every contributor. The funding round is closed when a property is fully financed before the closing date.
If a property does not acquire the amount required to purchase it, the invested money is transferred back to the investor’s wallet.
Earn profit monthly
When a listing reaches the funding target, our team makes the purchase following the established legal and administrative process. We take care of any needed property renovation and finding suitable tenants, so it can start earning profit for investors as soon as possible. Once the tenants start paying rent, monthly earnings are paid out to property investors according to their shares.
Exit an investment

After renting out for a certain period of time (typically minimum a year), we evaluate whether it is a good time to sell the property, depending on macro conditions, such as expected real estate market growth, as well as micro conditions, like local changes in public transport, parks or commerce. Upon liquidation, shares of the profit are automatically transferred to each investor, and the recurring monthly transfers received based on rent are suspended.
